Terms and Condition

Class Reservation

Royalty Hills Tennis Academy kindly request that you read and adhere to these terms and conditions before reserving a class.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • To secure your reservation, a valid form of payment may be required.
  • Ensure accurate enrollment in the correct class and stay informed about class timings and locations.
  • Courses are not conducted during local school holidays, excluding camps.
  • A valid email address is required for booking confirmation.
  • Royalty Hills reserve the right to amend terms and conditions.

(a) Junior Classes (18 and under)

  • Group bookings require confirmation via email.
  • Provide player details, medical information, and parental contact.
  • Written parental permission is necessary for children to leave alone.
  • Session payments must be arranged beforehand.
  • Parents are encouraged to follow on-court etiquette guidelines.

(b) Adult Groups

  • Adult sessions operate on a pay-as-you-play basis.
  • Payment is due at the time of the session.

(c) Individual Lessons

  • Advance booking is recommended.
  • Lessons can be conducted at various locations, with additional charges for off-site venues.
  • Cancellation policy: Charges may apply if less than 48 hours notice is given.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid a late cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 30% administration fee of the class fee.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted online, via phone, or in person, in accordance with Royalty Hills guidelines.

3. Missed Classes

  • Missed classes due to late arrival or no-show will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • Lateness in Picking Up Repeat tardiness may result in removal from the course without refund.
  • Subject to instructor approval, you may have the opportunity to make up a missed class in another session with available space.

4. Inclement Weather

  • In the event of inclement weather, classes may be canceled by the Royalty Hills.
  • You will be promptly notified of any cancellations via email, SMS, or phone.
  • No refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather.

5. Damages, Loss, and Injury

  • Participants are responsible for any damage caused during classes.
  • Royalty Hills assumes no liability for injuries sustained during activities.
  • Royalty Hills do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged property.

5. Minimum Enrolment

  • Royalty Hills reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met.
  • Participants with confirmed reservations will be informed of cancellations and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule in another class.

6. Payment

  • Payment for class reservations is due at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, zelle.

Disclaimer

  • Royalty Hills is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the class.
  • Participation in the class implies your understanding and acceptance of the inherent risks involved in playing tennis.

Termination

  • Royalty Hills reserves the right to terminate your participation in the class for disruptive behaviour or violation of the terms and conditions.
